I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and life/academic coach who helps high-achievers and big-hearted humans slow down, reconnect with what matters, and create lives that feel grounded and deeply alive. Born and raised in Italy, I bring a Mediterranean lens, simplicity, presence, and la dolce vita, to modern wellbeing.

Authenticity over appearance.

I believe in being real, not perfect. True well-being starts when we stop performing and start honoring what’s honest, even when it’s messy.

Presence over pressure.

I value slowing down, paying attention, and making space to feel what’s true. Presence is a powerful form of care.

Simplicity with soul.

A full life doesn’t have to be a busy one. I find meaning in the small things — rituals, relationships, and rhythms that nourish us.

Courage and compassion.

Growth takes bravery, and also softness. I meet my clients with both — helping them explore challenges without judgment, and take steps with heart.

What I teach is how I live. I believe in walking the talk, aligning choices with values, and building a life that feels good on the inside.
